Keith Bean
Director
Keith Bean is the director of Frederic and Ronza Creates. A lifelong musician originally from Wilson, North Carolina, Keith began playing drums at a young age and overcame significant childhood health challenges—including hearing issues—that make his creative journey particularly remarkable.
Since relocating to Indiana, Keith has served as a worship director, musician, and creative entrepreneur, helping individuals and communities express themselves through music and storytelling. His work at Frederic and Ronza Creates reflects his commitment to empowering artists, fostering collaboration, and building spaces where creativity and performance can thrive.
Michele Feld
Michele Feld is a community leader and nonprofit advocate known for her volunteer work and leadership roles, including serving as President of the Indianapolis Ambassadors, where she has helped mobilize and engage volunteers across cultural and civic events. As a founding board member of Frederic and Ronza CREATES, Michele brings her passion for arts, community engagement, and collaborative impact to the organization.
Tanya Bailey
Christopher Feld
Christopher Feld brings a wealth of life experience, creativity, and service to Frederic and Ronza CREATES. Born in Detroit, he grew up dancing to Motown, watching Soul Train, and even mastering the Temptation Walk from the Temptations at his high school dances.
Christopher has served in the Air Force and worked for the Union Pacific Railroad. During his military service, he joined an acting troupe and performed in several Greek tragedies. A lifelong musician, he has sung in numerous church choirs and currently performs with a band.
His interests are as diverse as his talents, spanning cars, motorcycles, volleyball, electronics, and travel. Christopher has explored the Camino de Santiago in Portugal and hiked through Colorado’s Garden of the Gods. He is also committed to service—volunteering internationally in Kathmandu, he helped build bottle houses for local students.
Now a Hoosier by way of Hawaii, Christopher brings creativity, dedication, and a spirit of exploration to his role on the board.
Kelly Fischer
Kelly M. Fischer, M.A., LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor, educator, and advocate for inclusive creative spaces. She serves as a Senior Lecturer in Psychological Science at Ball State University, where she explores the intersection of the performing arts, self-expression, and mental well-being.
Kelly has extensive experience with community-based arts programs, including leadership roles with the Prism Project across multiple cities, where she has helped expand performance opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Her work integrates clinical expertise, teaching, and advocacy, grounded in the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for connection, healing, and belonging. She is dedicated to cultivating welcoming communities where the arts celebrate differences, amplify strengths, and bring people together.
